Our work and Philosophy.
I make pottery. Simple enough but why bother in this day and age? Because this hand work comes directly to you from experience ages old & from the hands of the maker right here in the USA. Together, Art and function united in objects for use and to be enjoyed for many years to come.
Useable and easy to care for. Our works are made from the highest quality Porcelain clay. Most are hand thrown on the wheel and a few are hand formed (slab plates and candles). They are fully fired with their glazes to over 2,400F, when the glaze fuses with the clay body to form a completely vitrified pot, impervious to water.
They can be used in your microwave or conventional oven. Place plates and bowls in cold oven, then turn on. Cleanup in Dishwasher is safe.
